Athlete
For the last seven years, I have been honing my craft as a succesful Track and Field Athlete. During my time as a UAH Athlete, I was a 2x GSC Conference Champion in the Javelin, 2x Academic All American, and a 2x NCAA DII National Qualifier in the Javelin. I was also a well versed Decathlete and performed at the Collegiate level for three years. Through these experiences, I developed a proficiency in the weightroom and various lifts associated with Power, Strength, and Anaerobic Athletic Performance.

Panther Teeth Research
I had the privilege of being the Primary Investigator of a research team in our undergraduate research course at UAH. We utilized Alabama A&M facilities to conduct research on UAH Track and Field Athletes; specifically, track athletes that trainined with distance of 60m-400m. The purpose of our research was to examine the benefit of Panther Teeth (a lace tension device) on sprinters’ times; in correlation, with perceived levels of increased comfort while wearing Panther Teeth on their spikes.
